Our Mission As A Team

By the time you finish reading just the very first few words of this sentence, at least twenty children will have died a very painful death from poverty or hunger, otherwise known as starvation.

By the time you have finished reading just this one page, several more children will have died of AIDS and thousands more from poverty and hunger.

What if one of these children was your child? What if one of these children was the child of your best friend, neighbour, or maybe a child of your brother or sister? Just how hard would these statements impact you if the anonymity was removed and these facts weren’t about thousands of anonymous children dying somewhere else on earth?

Before we outline our mission as a team, there is a bit more preliminary information we'd like to cover so that our mission makes perfect sense:

How can we, the people of this earth, who are fortunate enough to have all the food and medical care we need, just sit by and do nothing about this? Is it because “out of sight, out of mind” comes into play? Or is it because maybe there has never been a way for people like you and I to really and truly make a difference? UNTIL NOW! How with all the resources and modern technology in this world can all the governments of the earth NOT have put an end to these blights on mankind? How? Please tell me why have we not been able to eradicate these evils with all the wealth of the world? How come? Why? [I get a bit worked up about all of this, as you can tell, but I want my emotion to come through loud and clear and I hope you will get angry about this with me, along with all of us on our global teams!] The recent tsunami killed a quarter million or more people and because of the catastrophic nature and way the event unfolded-- people, corporations and governments came together in an unprecedented way to generate billions of dollars to help the people affected by this event. This was a testament that we as a people can pull together when we are given ‘a way’, ‘a vehicle’ for helping our fellow men, women and children. The media, ex heads-of-state and current heads-of-state, along with many celebrities the world-over made a global plea to help people through this disaster. Because of these pleas, many people were saved who otherwise would have died without this massive global effort. When we are provided with a vehicle to help our brothers around the world, even though we are helping people we most likely will never meet, we often come through. HOWEVER, in spite of how much effort has been made in years gone by, about as many people die of hunger, AIDS, and poverty every single week around the world as the Tsunami killed. Why is this? One reason is because on a day-to-day basis these things are not in the public eye, but more importantly there is not an effective vehicle for dealing with these massive problems. It has been said that God works in strange and mysterious ways and that only God knows the master plan. Could the tsunami have been some type of wake up call? Was it proof positive that when given a chance to rally together, provided with a vehicle by which to do good, and a little push, we can all make a difference? Could it have been God’s Will that all these people died and gave their lives in order to demonstrate that we as the human race need to really, truly, and seriously do something radical to make this world a better place for us all to live? Again, only God knows the answers to these questions, but what we as a team know is that WE CAN AND WILL MAKE ONE HECK OF AN EFFORT, LIKE THE WORLD HAS NEVER SEEN BEFORE, TO SOLVE FOUR OF THE WORLD’S MOST DIFFICULT CHALLENGES WITHIN OUR LIFETIME! WHEN YOU JOIN US, NOT ONLY ARE YOU BEING GIVEN A ONCE IN A LIFETIME CHANCE TO IMPROVE OR CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER, BUT YOU ARE BEING GIVEN A CHANCE TO MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE TO SOLVE AND PUT AN END TO: WORLD HUNGER, GLOBAL POVERTY, AIDS, AND GLOBAL WARMING. YES, GLOBAL WARMING! PEOPLE ON THE COAST IN FLORIDA, CALIFORNIA, ALL OVER AUSTRALIA, MANY OTHER PARTS OF NORTH AMERICA, MANY ISLAND CHAINS AND ELSEWHERE ARE GOING TO LOSE THEIR HOMES IN THE DECADES AHEAD IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE TO STOP MANMADE GLOBAL WARMING IN ITS TRACKS. PEOPLE IN EUROPE MAY BE IN FOR AN EVEN WORSE PROBLEM AS A RESULT OF GLOBAL WARMING AND MANY AREAS OF THE WORLD WILL PROBABLY EXPERIENCE DROUGHTS AND FAMINE OF BIBLICAL PROPORTION IF THIS PROBLEM CALLED GLOBAL WARMING IS NOT CURTAILED DARN QUICK. Enough chit chat and talk has been done, it is time to do something radical right now to make this the beginning to the end of all these evils. Mission Statement

Level Four, L.L.C. operates as an administrative unit that helps coordinate global teams destined to do great things for the planet and its people. We are setting our sights and goals very high in this regard. We feel, as do ALL our system users and players, that as a group we have a tremendous social responsibility that comes with making a lot of money. Once someone begins to make over several hundred thousand to over a million dollars per year, they are in the upper ½% of all income brackets globally and join the ranks of the world’s wealthy by definition. You don’t have to make one-hundred million dollars a year to be amongst the world’s most blessed and privileged people.

The person who developed all of the training methods/systems that we all use to earn excellent money did not have to ever share any of this with anyone. However, as smart as the System developer is, ‘they’ knew that they were only handed the ability to become a professional player by the hand of God. It is the developer’s belief that God intended for all people to help each other regardless of race, ‘specific’ religions, or skin colour. In the modern times we live, you would think that, we, the people of the planet, would be a whole lot more enlightened than we are and that war, poverty, hunger, AIDS would by now all be things of the past. But they are not, and the governments of the world are so hung up and engaged in day to day politics that the time has come for everyday, ordinary people to start banding together to attack these problems and that is our mission:

Our mission is to fund The World Humanitarian Fund (The WHF), a perpetual fund, that is designed to grow larger with each passing year for the sole purpose of eventually growing large enough in order to once and for all generate enough cash flow to actually attack and eradicate global poverty, hunger, and AIDS and to find a solution to curtail and reverse global warming.

Throwing money at a problem or group of problems is in and of itself not a solution. However, the problems that we are attempting to deal with are of such a large magnitude, that we believe they will never be solved without the formation and funding of a super charity (i.e. a perpetual fund) that is expertly nurtured and grown year after year to eventually have enough self-sustaining funds to make a difference.

A Charity Without Borders
The super charity, that we ALL agree to fund when we use the Level Four, L.L.C. systems to win money at casinos around the world, is being set up as a charity without borders and not subject to heavy government regulation that exists in first world countries. While putting an end to ‘war’ is not a direct function of this super charity, ending wars between people may well one day be the by-product of solving all the other problems the charity is being set up to tackle.

The money that you donate to The WHF may not be tax deductible because the founders wish to be able to operate without all the endless red tape and regulations that impedes many charities that are incorporated within the borders of first world countries. Therefore, when you donate ten percent (10%) of your winnings to The WHF, this is after tax money.

As a team. we all agree that the money we pay Level Four, L.L.C. and The WHF is not a lot of money to pay for an opportunity that has allowed us to make thousands of dollars daily. The total money players agree to pay is 14% of their winnings: 4% to Level Four, L.L.C. which is paid to various team captains, administrative operations, trainers etc… and 10% which you pay directly to The WHF.

What Are THE WHF’s Objectives?
The WHF will engage and challenge the greatest minds of our day to help brainstorm and tackle a variety of issues such as ending poverty and hunger globally, finding a cure for AIDS and, perhaps most importantly of all, finding a way to reverse global warming which has the potential within the next fifty to one-hundred years to wreak havoc of untold proportions on both the planet and mankind (learn more about global warming). Global warming has occurred largely as result of mankind being completely irresponsible and not doing what is necessary to stop the impending disaster that can and will result from global warming.

The WHF is being set up as a perpetual fund that will ‘live on’ indefinitely, growing in size year after year. It will receive all of its seed money from the players who are privileged enough to be granted access to any of Level Four’s Pro-Level Gambling Systems or teams. As the charity itself grows in size, it will eventually receive both private and corporate sponsorship as well. Plans to go public with the charity will occur in early 2007 after a year of allowing our players to get the charity properly funded for its launch.

One major difference between this charity and other charities is that the charity will invest a full fifty-percent of its earnings each year through creative investment vehicles that will enable “the super fund” an opportunity to grow larger and larger with each passing year. In essence, at the end of one full fiscal year of contributions and investment income, The WHF will have a net earning of $X. It will then disperse 50% of those annual earnings to begin solving some of the most important issues facing mankind. The remaining fifty percent will then be used the following  year to grow the fund larger than it was the previous year, so that at the end of the each fiscal year, there is substantially more money than the previous year to use to tackle the tough issues that the charity was set up to attack.

Less than one per cent of what the world spent every year on weapons was needed to put every child into school by the year 2000 and yet it didn't happen. According to UNICEF, 30,000 children die each day due to poverty. And they “die quietly in some of the poorest villages on earth, far removed from the scrutiny and the conscience of the world. Being meek and weak in life makes these dying multitudes even more invisible in death.” Today, across the world, 1.3 billion people live on less than one dollar a day; 3 billion live on under two dollars a day; 1.3 billion have no access to clean water; 3 billion have no access to sanitation; 2 billion have no access to electricity. Even In The World’s Wealthiest Country The Stats Are Unfathomable: One out of every eight children under the age of twelve in the U.S. goes to bed hungry every night. Throughout the 1990's more than 100 million children died from illness and starvation. Those 100 million deaths could have been prevented for the price of ten Stealth bombers, or what the world spent on its military in two days! When charities use up the funds they take in each year, they never have a chance to grow their funding base exponentially. Because The WHF will not be a “first world” regulated charity, it can and will grow its funding base with each passing year and it will still legally be able to retain its tax-free status by operating offshore, which is very different than being tax-exempt and saddled with complex and onerous governmental red tape that make it difficult at best for a charity to grow it’s funding base other than through additional donations.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO TACKLE THE ISSUES

The continued compounding of funds each year by The WHF means that, in theory, with every single year that passes, the super fund will have more money to disperse towards its causes than each previous year.

NO CHARITY OR GOVERNMENT IN HISTORY HAS EVEN COME CLOSE TO SOLVING THE PROBLEMS THAT THE WHF WILL ATTEMPT TO. OVER TIME, THE WHF WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ENORMOUS FUNDS THAT CAN ONE DAY GROW TO BE IN THE TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO USE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF ERADICATING ALL THE TOUGHEST PROBLEMS THAT MANKIND FACES.

ONLY WHEN A CHARITABLE FUND HAS THIS KIND OF EARNING AND SPENDING POWER WILL MASSIVE PROBLEMS LIKE POVERTY, WORLD HUNGER, AND OTHER SEVERE GLOBAL PROBLEMS ACTUALLY HAVE A CHANCE OF BEING DEFEATED.

A New Approach
Stop and think about it… governments are overburdened as is and will most likely never solve any of the problems The WHF is attempting to solve. If they wanted to, they could have already! The wealthiest nations have long had the means.

Charities, as they exist today, are burdened with such red tape and lack of funds that they all struggle to stay afloat. The time has come to create a NEW type of global super fund unfettered by politics and whose approach is radical and new.

We are all kidding ourselves if we don’t think the primary reason many problems such as global poverty and hunger exist is, in part, due to lack of funds channelled in the right direction. The funds exist, but those in control don’t seem to have the desire or will power to solve the problems we have been discussing herein. With a well funded perpetual ‘super fund’, it may take the better part of the next two decades for the fund to grow large enough to have a sufficient capital base’ and annual distribution revenue that these complex issues can truly be tackled properly, but at least there will be one entity in existence with sole purpose of solving these tough issues once and for all, AND IT CAN HAPPEN WITHIN OUR LIFETIME!

The time has come to try something radically different and innovative. When you join us, if you pay a percentage of any winnings you make, you are doing your part to help us foster the growth of the best chance to actually solve many problems facing mankind.
